Ingredients:

For Basil Seeds:

  • 1 tablespoon basil seeds (sabja seeds)
  • 1/2 cup water for soaking

For Falooda Sev (Vermicelli):

  • 1/2 cup falooda sev (vermicelli)
  • Water for boiling

For Rose Syrup:

  • 2-3 tablespoons rose syrup (adjust to taste)

For Assembling Falooda:

  • 2 cups chilled milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Chopped nuts for garnish (almonds, pistachios)

Guidelines:

1. Get the vermicelli (falooda sev) ready:

As directed on the package, boil the falooda sev in water. After cooking, stop the cooking process by rinsing with cold water. Put aside.

2. Let Basil Seeds Soak:

Soak the basil seeds in water until they swell, which should take about half an hour. Stir from time to time. Eliminate extra water.

3. Put the Falooda together:

Grasp some serving glasses. To each glass, add a tablespoon of the soaked basil seeds.

Sprinkle some cooked falooda sev over the basil seeds.

4. Include Rose Syrup

Over the layer of sev and basil seeds, drizzle some rose syrup. Depending on your preferred level of sweetness, adjust the amount.

5. Transfer Cold Milk:

Pour chilled milk on top of the layer of rose syrup gently.

6. Add Ice Cream on Top:

On top of the layer of milk, place one or two scoops of vanilla ice cream.

7. Accent:

Add chopped nuts, such as pistachios and almonds, as a garnish.

8. Present:

Serve right away using a straw and a long spoon. To ensure that every spoonful has a little bit of each flavor, be sure to stir the layers as you enjoy them.

Best Ghee Roast Lamb Curry Recipe



GHEE ROAST Lamb Curry
Serve: 4
Total Time: 45 Min

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Ghee + ½ cup Oil
  • WholeMasala:Cardamom,Clove,Blackpaper,Bayleaf,Star Anise
  • Onion : 4-5 Chopped Onion
  • ½ cup:Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2.5lb :  Lamb Shoulder (Small cut)
  • 1 tsp: Garam masala Powder
  • 1 tsp: Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp.: Cumin Powder
  • 2tbs: Kashmiri & Spicy Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp: Chat Masala
  • 4-5cups: Water
  • Salt: As per Taste

Cooking Instruction

1. Place the Oil & half Ghee in a Cooking Pot and add Whole Masala, Onion & Lit bit Salt Sautee until golden brown & Oil separated from the Onion.
2. Slow down Heat & Add Ginger & Garlic Paste in the Onion cook it for 2mins. Wait unit Onion will mix with ginger-garlic paste nicely then add all Masala except Garam masala.
3. After Cooking all masala for 1mins put lamb shoulder and mix properly .Cover your pot with lid and cook on low heat until oil will get separated.
4. Final step, Add enough water to cover, Cook on low heat, and let sit for 40 minutes. After completed cooking time check the lamb tenderness & add garam masala. Simmer for few mins.

Note:
For Dabba Gosht :In Bowl Pour Lamb curry & crack one egg on top .
